just wondered if anyone else was having problems getting parts off of dave a as I have several pending issues and last post I wrote I deleted as I was promised all my parts in return of the thread being deleted, and I never got them, and I commented on a certain star silver thread along with a couple of other members enquiring? I know hes a popular chap and his inbox is probably full

and I never recieved anything,even though I asked for a considerable lot less that was supposedly included with the shell I purchased(still have all u2us) just curious as I put a harmless comment on his star silver thread asking about parts, as did mr rew and the thread got deleted

I have dealt with over 50+ people on here and never had any problems.
exept you.
Maybe if you had come and collected the shell yourself then this situation wouldnt have arisen, but you sent 2 people that didnt have a clue what they were collecting and were very happy when they left with the shell.
its now months on and you have brought the subject up again. why? have you contacted me directly via u2u in the past 3-4 weeks? NO.
rather than making threads like this, which I can guarantee lots of people will agree with robmarriott and Jr, and confirm I am genuine, you should ask me for help. making this type of thread will not help you in any way whatsoever.

and thats just the ones from the last month or so. I have just looked through my u2u's and found the last one I sent you. (my inbox gets emptied lots as It gets filled up with people asking me abouty their engine probs etc.. )
as I said, I have had no contact from you for weeks, list the bits you need either on here, or by u2u and I will see what I can do as I will probably have them available on the new shell thats arriving. I am happy to send you what you want (within reason) for free, all I ask is that you cover postage as it was the people that collected the shell that left bits behind, thats not my fault.
after all, you bought a shell. not a complete car. giving you the bits you need to complete your project for free is more than genorous I feel.

Granted he should've gone down himself to get it but if I was told something was included in the sale & I didn't get it I wouldn't be very happy & I'd want to know why

well I stand still awaiting my parts as previously discussed...and I had contacted you on a number of times and had no answer.... I sent my dad and my brother to collect the shell as previously discussed as there was nothing bad mentioned about yourself on the site, and I had paid a depost of 100.00 on the shell by cheque well in advance of collecting, I could not obtain the day off work to collect in person as I had been promoted and was my first day in charge... did not seem appropriate, and felt I was doing you a favour by having it removed on the discussed day.
I have also an ongoing issue with a Benton Finance over the shell and awaiting the response of filling a questionnaire in regarding who I purchased the car off, who was the registered keeper etc from the collection department. I will go bk to my messages and come back with a list of all the parts that were mentioned included in the sale which werent,the rarer items not being overly expensive but a pain to find such as anti roll bar, parcel shelf,and so on...Im not overly bothered about the stuff like wiper linkage,interior mirror,some of the leccy window switches etc which were missing and said to be included in the shell price.
