I was doing 88 in a 70 in my works van and got caught on speed camera! Will i get 3 points and a fine or 6 points = BAN for driving under 2 years???

18mph over i wouldn’t count on 3 points i hope it is for your sake but you might get the option to do the speed awareness scheme

They are sometimes very harsh for over 85mph, but sxi boy got caught doing 106 in his clio valver and got 3 points

alright m8 go on the speed camera web site it was in the paper not long ago its clevelandsafteycameras or sumit like that and it says the camera work off the old bassis 10% +2 wich is 80 mph and then its 3 points and a fine but was talking 2 a copper coz i went past 1 doing naly a 100 and slammed ankers on and got away with it and they said most of them looking for people doing 90 and over

10% of 70 was 7 when i went to school (+2 = 9 when i went to school too).
88mph in a 70mph zone is most likely to be 3 points and £60 fine.
