I really dont understand all this craaaaaap!

Done a free credit report and its like 421... apparently the lowest blah blah, but ive never been in debt, had a loan or anything like that....

I heard theres a way to get your credit rating all the way up for a small fee of like £30 - £50 or so?

Or can anyone tell me how im ment to get it up!?
a Credit card would help but i cant get one anywhere because of the rating at the moment!

Any info's appreciated!

free online tests are rubbish. they dont go into your personal circumstances.

speak to equifax and experian, these are the people that actually score your rating.

never pay anything to increase your credit rating, its a gimmick. the only way to increase your eligibility for credit is to gain credit, spend responsibly and pay it back reliably.

the best people to get a credit card from is your bank.

You need to have an income every month to get a credit card. I think you can also start getting your credit rating up by ordering from a catalogue and opening a personal account to pay for the things each month. I had a catalogue to start with and I've not had a problem getting a credit card.
