looks the same
i would say its fairly easy to fit, the wiring will only be 2 wires, a live, and an earth, so it shouldnt be too difficult

think the three lights all have seprate feeds
middle one- for when doors open
side ones- for map reading(through switches)

The bug eye's from MY01 (Late 2000) to MY03 dude. Then Blob eye until 05, then it became the eagle eye.

I didnt fit a bug eye to mine but I have fitted the smoked light with map lights, I assume the wiring to be the same,
On mine there was 4 connections,
Which as standard are,
ignition live (for map lights so can only be on with ignition)
earth (for map lights)
Perm live (for door light)
switched earth (for door lights from door switches or headlight switch)
On the standard light there is two,
Perm live
switched earth (from door switches or headlight switch)
All i did was hook the perm live to both the live for the interior light and to the live for map lights, hooked the switched earth to the switch earth for interior light, and hooked up an additional earth for the map lights, there was a hole in the panel above the light which i screwed the earth too

you need to put a live to the 3lights, use the negative wire for the centre light and a seperate negative for the map lights just connect this one to the car body.

Or as that particular style is known in the car design industry, the "drop eye monocle headlight style"
Eagle eye much better
