Going on a business trip to Belgium and Holland next week and decided to buy sat nav (need to do multi stops) whats the best unit out there?

Basically need euro street mapping and speed camera detection (all types), not too bothered with blue tooth although would be advantage.

Cheers

Whats the score with swapping it in cars? Want to hard wire into my Van but can I buy seperate wiring kits so I can whack it in the car if need be?

Ive got a RA 6000 and its perfect for the UK as it has everything, but as you require Europe go for the TomToms

You cant go wrong with the unit, its so easy to use, ideally go for the newer models 710/910 as the previous 700 is slighty dated now

no im kidding like i said i tried tom tom and prefered this plus its got all the features of the normal road angels which is a bit more important to me than remote control or a built in mp3 player

bloody good unit plus if needed i can update it to europe (prob wont need that though )

You won't get a sat nav that detects laser cameras (mobile vans, speed gun etc), only fixed cameras.

I personally wouldnt recommend TomTom at all! I have 2 mates who use TomTom and I have followed them to various places and been taken on the most ridiculous "scenic" routes when I could have blagged the route by folloiwing signs far better!!

On the other hand, my dad has a navclick/man (cant remember exactly which!) which seems really good.
