You should proably read into the difference between the two before mindlessly buying car parts.
Roughly speaking; 4-1 will rais your BHP at high RPM but you will loose low end torque. 4-2-1 will not give you as much BHP but will keep your mid range torque and wont move your power band too far up the rev range for it to be usable on a mildly tuned engine.
Remember, it's not a competition to have te most BHP. Torqe wins races, BHP sells cars.

buy a protech 4-1 if you want to drag it along the floor everywhere with you

You also need other engine mods to complement the manifold choice.

I hate it when people say that. bhp is a figure that is calculated by torque

get an inlet manifold before you get an exhaust manifold, such as a dblias, mantzel, lexmaul (if you can find one) or one of the home made jobbies. you will get a noticable difference straight away.
do a search on inlet manifolds for your engine, it has been covered on here loads of times.
speak to dave a about fitting and which is best to get.

I was just about to post this.
The inlet is restrictive on these engines. You won't see any decent gains on other mods wthout changing it.
