Immense yesterday.

To see him play ina boro shirt was awesome.

When 1 on 1 with Henry he was amazing.

A really good singing by the boro!

Thats 15 games he's played now, i hope his injuries are behind him as he IS the best defender england have when fit.

Really hope the lad does well, was gutted he didn't re-sign for Newcastle but never mind. He is easily Englands best centre half when fit and on form

Do hope so, that lad has so much potential and before his injurys he was much better than Terry, I hope he stays fit.

The boy also has the right attitude, didn't just throw in the towel when things weren't going his way, kept at it and is playing again.

Dunno that hes better than Terry but I think he'd do well with either him or Rio for England but he'll never break them... look at Sol/Rio... took massive injury problems etc for sol to lose his place.. .can't see Rio/JT having those anytime soon... also Rio has a new lease under Mclaren it would seem!
