1) Assemble your ingredients:
Plain flour, Margarine, Mustard, Mature cheddar cheese, Poppy seeds

2) Put sieved flour (250g) in a bowl and add Margarine (150g)

3) With your fingers mix the flour and marg together until you get a breadcrumb type consistency

4) Add grated mature cheddar cheese (150g)

5) Add a touch of english mustard and mix together until as smooth as possible (add a few drops of water to help it bind)

6) Place on floured work surface and roll out with a pin until about 1/2cm thick (try and keep it in a rectangle), prick several times with a fork.

7) Cut into strips [and cover with a touch of water and poppy seeds or sesame seeds - optional], place on greased baking trays.

8) Bake in a pre heated oven at 200deg for 12-15 mins until golden brown(adjust time for fan assisted oven) and place on a cooling grid.

9) Once cooled down place in a suitable container and store in a cool dark place.

After that I made my turkey and coleslaw rolls for work for the next two days but thought you wouldn't want to see pics of that.................oh who am I kidding! Of course i done a guide!

1) Get ingrediants (Rolls, butter, turkey meat, coleslaw)

2) Cut open rolls, apply small amount of butter, layers of turkey meat and coleslaw.

3) Place tops of baps upon bottoms.

4) Wrap in clingflim - job done

Will do curry/stir fry/spag bol/chilli con carne guides at a later date
