League Cup last night looked quite entertaining.
Southend went 1-0 down then scored 3 goals in the last 4 mins to win 3-1
Saw a few other good results, Reading seemed very lucky though!

Well after knocking out the might that is AFC Bournemouth in the first round, I can see Southend going all the way this year.

Crewe beating Wigan was a bit of a shock to me, and i'm a Crewe Fan !
We rested Nicky Maynard (our top scorer) for most of the match as well, and he still managed to score in the end

Watched crewe on Sky the otherday and thought Maynard and one of your midfielders looked quiet good. You can have Steve Jones and Steve Foster back though

Yeah, living in Derby it's a bit of a ball ache to try and watch Crewe, watched us command the game against Huddersfield though, which was nice.
Jones was all right for us, never scored, but very quick down the wing, after all he went through last year i'm glad he's still playing (his kid nearly died, he didn't play for 4 months or something because he was looking after her)
Probably Micheal O'Connor you're on about, he had a good game in the Sky game, Maynard's got 8 in 7 i think now
