the car at the begin of the vid is one of newly built 1/4mile-nova's in our club

p.s.

the runs later on the vid were bracket runs.. so the driver of the nova isn't sleeping.. he's just get's the green light later (competition rules for cars faster then 13 sec)

in a bracket race u give the crew an indextime and try to get as close to that time as possible.. so the nova had a 12,45s index and the bigger car 14 sec or so.. so the bigger car starts earlyer to make them kind-of cross the finishline at the same time

too bad i didnt get my own car sorted.. however.. if i was competing.. i could have never made this vid

-oilpump with stronger internals
-arrow conrods (H profile)
-kisslinger race pistons
-c20let headgasket
-head completely skimmed
-inlet/outlet ports maximally ported and polished (used a cut coscast head to see what was possible)
-bmw valve's
-kent cams flatnoze cams
-mechanical camfolowers with stronger camsprings
-48mm jenvey trottlebody's with custom trompet's
-vernier pulleys
-grey vw g60 injectors
-DTA
-lightenned some enginebits by replacing steal parts with aluminum
-sachs sportsclutch
-quafe diff in F20 box
-M&H Racemaster dragrace slicks
-moved petroltank to the enginebay
and much more!

but it's not my car so i shouldn't be bragging about it

Depends how much the heads been skimmed right? Not to mention the XE and LET Headgaskget could be quite similar seeing as a LET has pocketed/cavity pistons which lower the compression rather than a thicker gasket.
