This is the thing that puzzles me most about car modifying...............
Im not talking about a flip out screen thing or back of headrests for the kids to play ps2, but the cars you see with like 8 moniters in the boot, 1 in each door pocket at an angle you would snap your neck trying to view, 3 in the dash & 1 where the inside lights meant to be.
So why so may TV's, do they actually get watched or are they to show off kinda like my nobs 2" bigger than yours - yeah? well ive got 15 more TV's in my car than you & all my hommies can watch at the same time & see yer maw getting pumped on the porno dvd I just bought
Can anyone enlighten me

Mine are for show, thats it basicly. The 1s in y headrests get used alot as i do have people in the back. The 1s in the boot and doors are there just to show off with, that and i got them at a stupid price

To show off
I wouldnt stuff 30 Sony Plasma screens in my house no matter how cheap they were so why do it in a car

I have 1, i use it to watch simpsons in traffic but agreed on random angled tellie that u cant watch wit hthe door shut

Mine's used all the time, I've watch Music DvD's on it etc. Don't use the tuner much though, never much reception where I am.

Its a way of making the car individual. The fact that they are show cars as well.
Why put a 1200bhp engine in a car when the speed limit is 70mph? Because they want to show off that they ahev that much power.

No, lol. I know he lad. I seen the car getting built. Things have moved on, haveing 18s on a car was cool, now people are on 22s. I am happy with my car how it is and i think he is happy with his car as some1 is going to beat his 14 screens soon.

I can almost see the point in having 1 screen in the front...although I dont think I could bring myself to sit in the car & watch a full dvd without feeling a bit silly & running indoors.
What gets me is it seems to have become a competition to have the most / biggest tv in your car...........

Its personal choice, some people like stupid amounts of power that can never be used, i like lots of tvs that i think look good. Got me 2 mag features and get the car noticed and thats what makes me smile

Humans are competitive. Surely any idiot can figure it out. Why do people take thier interior out of thier shopping trolly so they can drive it in a straight line .1 of a second faster in a straight line. WHy do some people open thier mouths. Why do some people breathe. Why are some people even alive?
