Information regarding Premium Membership can be viewed using the 'Premium Services' link at the top of the page.

While there are many benefits to the service, there is also some legal information which you may find important.

The admin reserve the right to alter or cancel membership benefits at any time. The admin will do all in their power to ensure that the services run 24/7, but cannot be held responsible for any loss of service due to maintainance or unforeseen circumstances.

The admin reserve the right to ban or remove any premium member who does not adhear to the site rules, in the same way that normal members would be bound to such an arrangement.

If 'Premium Membership' is discontinued at any time, there will be no refund for the remaining period of service previously subscribed for. However, the admin will do their best to phase out the service if the service is to be ended, to ensure users are not left short-changed. By signing up for 'Premium Membership', all users are accepting these terms and conditions.

Premium membership payment is handled by NOCHEX. This is a one-off payment and it requires a manual repayment each year (you will be notified when your membership expires).

The issue of refunds is specifically referred to under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Regulation 13, which states -

"the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract ... for the supply of services if ... performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of the cancellation period"

"cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the contract is concluded."

The full regulations are available here -
http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

In the event of a request to cancel voluntarily, or withdrawal of service through means of a ban or forced cancellation of an account, there will be no legal obligation for the admin to issue a refund. However, correspondence may be entered in to on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
