The N95 will be available in Q1 2007 and the approximate unsubsidised price is €550. Initially it will be available in the EMEA market. It will not be officially available in the US although gray imports are very likely.

So about £371 offline... Hmmm...

Q1 2007 though.

getting fed up with these phones that have everything on and are huge. Would rather a phone with no camera, etc. and is just small and easy to use.

That sure does sound impressive.

One question, can you call and text on it?

Same size as the N80 isnt it? Looks like a big phone but certainly not stupid!

Was really interested in getting the N80 but heard loads of reports of cack battery life, anyone know if they have sorted this in the N95?

it depends on how people use the phone and then claim the battery life being bad.

If you listen to music on the loudspeaker for hours...

the N95 seems to be the ultimate at the moment.

But just wait and see Nokia coming up with some new wonders

Nokia phones are hands down better than Sony in my opinion. Always used to have a Nokia phone and it was on your advice that I tried a Sony phone and Im not impressed with it to be honest. Im looking forward to my contract ending so I can get back onto a Nokia.

Its personal prefferance at the end of the day. If you worked in a phone shop you would realise that 75% of faulty phones are.....nokia Out of the 8 staff who work in my shop, all have sony phones. Every meeting i go to, everyone has one.

If you go to your local orange shop and see an advert on the wall for the 6233 with a "reccomendation" from a staff member saying how good it is, dont beleive it cos hes got a w810

at the end of the day its personal preferane but imo nokia should stick to making phones your nan can use

i do like ericsson phones and there are a shed load quicker to boot that symbian nokias, but they certianly have a fair share of dodgy bugs and fuckups - room-mate has a W550i, been sent back more times than i can remember with the same bluetooth fault (switch it on and the phone locks up)....which is pretty pathetic!

Personally i think nokia are still ahead - there the first (big name brand of phone) to wack technology in the phones (symbian, wifi...SE have only just realised this with the P990i) and the only thing that really pissed me off was the lack of self-update firmware (though they are starting to do this with newer models).

Back to topic though, was just curious with battery life (especially with using wifi/bluetooth) as the N80 seems to be stupidly poor when using wifi/bluetooth and still not that hot with voice/sms

nokia does phone for all the generations.

from beginers to executive

executive is the 8910/9010i/8850/8800

and the latest technology...the N95

Nokia has always been ahead (as Dom stated), the others just seem to copy

again, if you need a phone only as a phone, buy the legendary 3210

I reckon I'm gonna go for a N80 which I can upgrade to today, would love that N95 but it'll probably be the next upgrade after this one!

I agree with Jambo, I find Nokia phones seem to be almost too simple to use, and when you get used to an SE, it's actually a more logical layout. IMO.
