hey people.
wantin to kno how an xe responds with twin 40`s (or any other carbs)
what sort of power would this take the engine to? i wouldnt have to worry about getting them setup as there is a man near me that is a LEGEND with carbs, (and tuning) ,i love the noise that a set of carbs make, but i aint gonna splash out on them if the power isn`t much better.

You'd be better of with some 45's or 48's on a 2.0...

40s will be a bit restrictive on a 2.0, be alot better on a 1600.
go for 45s
power should be around 180bhp i think

They would still only be 40mm or so, which is a bit small, but you can still get a good 180bhp out of them...
