Dyslexia would not stop you opening up a new window, finding the correct spelling and pasting the word back in here.
The only reason I can see for not doing that is laziness.

Its not an illness or an excuse.
Check the spelling, stop being lazy.
If in doubt paste the entire post in to Word and deal with the red underlined bits.
I don't see people with no legs moaning about their illness and not ever leaving the house.
