i had a post a while with pal to ntsc converters and stuff. my first broke and now my second has arrived i dont no if its just shit or if theres another problem.

when i first turn it on its in colour but it flickers like crazy. i then set the game to ntsc 50hz (i think thats right) it stops flickering but its black and white?

i guess it cant be the converters fault cos it was doin colour previously? wots the reason? is there anything i can do?
my friend says he thinks its the tv faults cos its shity as. but i dont c y it would be? i havent had the chance to try it with a good tv, but i will try to soon

all i wanna do is kick these yankees asses at pes

also is there anyway to change the ps2 to ntsc 60hz consantly? i was only able to do it cos its an option in the pes start up screens.

i tried goin to system settings but its all flickering
