Errm, it's nothing like Call of Duty, in that Call of Duty is a first-person-shooter, and Company of Heroes is not......it's a real-time-strategy, like Command & Conquer, etc.
It's supposed to be pretty good, but the storyline missions are relatively short (playing time for a decent player will be 10-15 hours), and apparently the computer "cheats" in skirmish mode (in that he'll have access to tanks WAY before you can). I guess the game-makers were aiming at the multiplayer-RTS market.
Of course, I don't know this myself, and am relying on reports from friends, since the game-makers also decided to make the game XP/Vista only, it doesn't work on Win2k or below.

Games like b17 flying fortress means u can switch to different planes, even switch sides mid-game. It was fantastic

In CoD2 you can play the as the Brits
Got CoH from the shop earlier, won't have time to try it until next week but the demo was pretty good.

Even tho i have what i think is a good spec computer, this game seems to be a bit jerky and runs slow at times
Spec is as follows:
Intel Pentium 2.80 Ghz Dual Core
2 Gb RAM
NVidia 6600 Graphics Card
Any ideas anyone?
Machine is a fresh build of windows too so no spyware etc

Unless that 6600 is a GT, and overclocked, I'd say that's the reason for it being a bit jerky......although the official minimum spec does look quite low, for the screenshots I've seen of the game.

For under £100, I'd suggest this, but I'd also suggest finding an extra £10 and plumbing up for this...
