Hi
Just wondering if someone can help me.
took my gsi for the mot today and it failed on the lambda tests, reading too high on fast and slow idle. I have just changed the lambda twice now, both brand new and still gettin the same problem.
When i do the paperclip test i am gettin fault code 44. (Lambda sensor (mixture too weak))
The car drives ok but does have a slight flat spot up the rev range. and i can hear the exhaust popping slightly on the overun.
The engine management light comes on if i let it idle or if drive at a constant revs but doesnt any other time.
Please someone help
is anyone local to sheffield who could maybe have a look?

44 Oxygen sensor Air/Fuel mixture too lean (weak)

cannot be adjusted, when i was getting the same cod eon my c16xe it was due to an air leak somewhere bewteen the air flow meter and the head, so check all hoses, and all gaskets, maybe an injector seal...
