Just need a little bit of info on cams, as I dont know much about them.

When someone says they have ''288'' cams, what does the 288 mean?

Also, What are the best cams for the X16XE? I mean, for the most power etc.. Thanks

288 means 288 degrees, which is the duration that the cam holds the valve open for, so its closed for 72 degrees. The lift is how much they push the valve open.
