the pads no but cant you get wireless pads and a block you put in the ps2 to make them wireless.

infact yes you can make them wireless. my mate had his in his car and the pad never had a wire.
but the power cable and other one nope

Thought PS2 had a wireless pack that stuck on the back? - isn't built in though, you need either sony's PS2 ethernet bridge (rip off) or any other ethernet bridge (like netgeard-link 30 quid or so on ebay)

It's not a wireless pack, its just a network card, needs to be hard wired

If its just got an ethernet connection you can easily make it wireless.
