in theory it could work as its putting more air into the engine and its a supercharger kind of as that what they do.....

No it won't!
A real supercharger / turbo has to create pressure! They work by squeezing more air in than it can fit. The amount of air that the engine already sucks when gunning it is high! a little fan is more likely to obstruct the air flow than increase it.
Also think, if a fan blows air at something, and it's already got all the pressure in the chamber, rather than squeezing more air in, it'll be like hitting a brick wall.
Real Turbo's / Superchargers are designed to create pressure, they have an impeller that sucks air in and then usually displaces it sideways or outwards to create a pressure.
