The car runs fine when on, but when you first start it, i have to do it twice, start car, stop then start and it's fine.
turn off and start and it's fine again, but if i leave it for like 10 mins, i have to start it twice again.
any ideas, might try changing the fuel reg. i think it's the fuel pressure going low when off.
