That's got to have had some mods surely Nice figure that tho
Mine got 318bhp 314lbs torque when it was remapped and that's just with full straight through decatted exhaust.

it has remapped now running 1.4 bar boost, Blitz exhaust sti panel filter, platinum spark plugs and vpower..
Normally these engines with that get between 310-320 the mapper said the engine was extremely strong to produce that power.

dood i dont wanna piss on your fire but thats a very high figure considering its a near standard car?
have you posted on SN or SIDC, what did they say on there?
how many runs did they do? expect a 2nd and 3rd run would be a lot less powerwise due to heatsoak as your running the TMIC.
Im not trying to be a arguemntative twat with these comments by the way.

another case of dodgy rollers then
sounds good for 310/320 though which isnt to be laughed at
TBH never take your car somewhere for say a remap and expect to know the end figure based on a rolling road
best is to get it done before then after purely so you know the difference, the end figure means nothing most of the time

Mine made 340/320 @ 1.4 bar with the following spec. I know you had 280 to start with but i guess like the STi`s its probably closer to 300 stock. Still seems to high for what youve got, guess you could always try another set of rollers sometime in the near future? Still least you know youve got a potent and healthy lump
EJ20 engine from API Impreza
2005 WRX pistons
GEN GT SPEC II headers and turbo uppipe
HKS SSQ Blow off valve
550 CC Injectors
Hybrid FMIC
Greddy Catch Can
TD05 Turbo converted to front entry
Apexi Power FC
SX FPR Decat Hayward and scott exhaust

cant be dodgy rollers as it wasnt dont on a rolling road Steve, it was done on a private test track, The car was mapped live on the road..
All will be revealed which i get the graph

even more innaccurate then. I have software that works out bhp using calculations from the ecu, it is not accurate, less so then a rr

I wouldn't trust a rolling road, they're only good for mapping a car for the road. BHP figures might as well be pulled out of a hat and are only good for forum bragging rights.

mapped on the road, must be the shittest most unproffesional way to map an ecu.
when mapping an ecu you need to get the engine to each precise rpm point, hold it, set the fuelling and check the ignition, run the engine down and then take it up past that point to get a good idea wether or not the fuelling and ignition is set correctly.
how the fcuk do you map the load site for 6500 rpm on the public highway???
some tuners will map on a rr then do a road test with everything plugged in to check the map based on 'real world' conditions but mapping completely on a RR is never accurate.
got some videos somewhere of mapping being done on a RR. shows what you do when mapping an ecu. If I could find them you would understand what I mean

if it made that sorta horse power, then so what, its not impossible and it is perfectly possible to map a car when on the road and even more possible concidering he was using a "test track!!!" so he could happily drive at 6500rpm all day long! this car is easily running this sorta power and if any of the skeptics went out in it, trust me its smiles for miles
some people are just lucky when it comes to engine power and some arent
good figures ice

not disputing the figures in any way,
I am just noting that that method of mapping is never as accurate as on a RR. if you watch the video above you will see why. also I think the 'test track' comment was a joke.
