When it comes to your house/flat? Could be anything from deco, to hugeeeee problems
I would say mine was stripping the whole house down, should of done it room by room as i now have 7 half finished rooms
Also the kittens, i love them so much but their litter tray is under the stairs and whenever they poo i can smell it in the living room especially sasha the smallest one, she does nuclear poo

In my apartment its buying one without a car parking space. I thought it would be OK as I really dont need a car during the week to get around anywhere in the centre, but its a pain in the arse having to get the train or be picked up to get it at weekends.
And when I was back at my parents it was putting my 150Gal tank in my bedroom. All went well for a few months, then it all went a bit wrong and left half the tank water all over my bedroom floor

Not buying an apartment I looked at back in 2001 which was on the market for 34k....
The very same apartments sell for 100k now...
I didnt buy at that time as I decided to buy a brand new car and stay at home instead...
What a tit...

I regret not saving more when i was a bit younger and pissing away money on my Corsa. As Now I have started looking at flats/houses im about £5k worse off than I would have been if id not done my car, therefore I would be able to afford a deposit

Ian would you say this would be worth looking into? Going to an auction I mean? I guess you would be buying blind in a way would you not?

I think buying repossessed property is the future.
Don't forget to look into why its repossessed though, perhaps they were trying to sell but it wouldnt sell.

that many people go to auctions these days though that alot of the time once you add on the fees etc. it isnt really much cheaper...unless you do manage to find a really good deal!

I bought mine as a repo about 15 years ago. I paid about 2/3rds of what it was worth.
Back then loads were getting repossessed though, doubt there are *that* many about in the present financial climate. I reckon most banks/building societies would consider keeping hold of the property these days too

Dads friend did this in the last housing crash when interest rates where though the roof, brought loads of properties for next to nothing and moved the old people back in at an afford rental value.
Most likey lost alot of money for several years but now he is laughing.
Has something like 46 properties now

Spending waaay to much money on the sofa and the TV. In some ways I regret it, some ways I don't. They're nice items to have and the lounge is a good room to splash out on but every time a furniture advert comes on I get mad
Could of spent the money on doing up the other rooms, garden, etc...
