Looking at getting a camcorder for Xmas.
Wouldn't mind one like the handycam that records straight onto DVD. Can you also record onto a memory stick or similar and then download onto you computer for editing?
If possible would like one that could double up as a digital camera.
Any suggestions? I'm not that clued up on it. Probably going to spend £350 v. max....

ive got a sony 1 that records to DVD
got it from costco, was under £300 if i remember correctly!!!!! beast

can you take photos on it aswell? does it come with any editing software to edit your recording afterwards?

yeh, u can take fotos, but id buy a seperate digi cam!
