Lennon would be a bigger fool than SWP if he went. If he cant see what going to Chelsea did for SWP and then goes he deserves to sit on the bench IMO.

i forsee big things for SWP soon tho i think mourinho is working on him. hes becoming a more amture player tho when ive seen him play, hes not just running at players hoping he gets past but instead he seems to be gaining a better footballing mind.

you dont gain a better footballing mind without playing the top competitive matches week in week out....and he doesnt play all that often.

Not to mention how is he going to get the chance...Ballack, Lampard, Makelelle, Essien, Robben and all the rest!

yeah know what u mean cosmo but hes a diff player compared to all of those. he made some exciting runs yesterday tho, just hope he gets more of a game.
mourinho always talks about SWP tho as being a big investment, im just hoping it comes right for the lad.

he just isnt going to get a game with that midfield, atleast not the amount of games he really deserves and need to gain the experience he really needs.

dont see why they dont stick him out on loan, give him to a club that wont affect their season to see him progress.
bit like bentley, loaned on arsenal and still think hes too good for blackburn

Id love to train a few hours a day and collect £55k at the end of the week too tbh.
