Summary for those with 0 attention span :
jaygsi trading as auto_bargains_uk on ebay is a scamming halfwit.
Bought a car tv aeriel on ebay from auto_bargains_uk (which I later found out was jaygsi from here) on the 18th of october. Postage was royal mail special delivery.
On the 24th I enquired as to where it was.
'ok mate i will see where its got to ok'
was the reply.
25th emailed again informing him it was still not here.
He then asked for the item number (in the subject of all the emails) and address which I provided.
Next I heard from him he was telling me the postage was a mix up and should have been advertised as second class, which although I paid for special delivery would have been fine if it had come.
I checked the rest of his auctions, which surprise surprise were all special delivery.
Couple more emails back and forward and he evntually says he'll sort a refund on the 30th.
Another few unreplied to emails until this evening when I sent that I would be going via paypal and the credit card company for a refund.
Reply to that was 'hi mate yes thats proberly the best course of action for you to take'
Not happy at all and thought I would warn everybody on here and also have it all typed up to send to paypal.

Message from Seller:heres your refund mate sorry bout delay, if you receive your item just keep it, all i can say is i'm sorry for the delay i don't know whats happened with item and am not happy with royal mail,needed you to report 2 paypal as i couldn't find you id on here
Just recieved that.
Now I am very very confused, yet happy I got my money.

Yip happy about that.
If he gave me it weeks ago though I wouldn't have had to go to the trouble of posting on here, creating a dispute in paypal and reporting him to ebay though.

Yeah you have had alot of hassle, nobody likes being ripped off. Least you got your refund in the end..

ebay will send you a notification (ebay item won....)to your registered email (if notifications are turned on) when you win an item. You normally get the seller's details in that mail

Most of them saying "super fast delivery" etc - may be yours was a complete balls up with Royal Mail in the end...

Quite a lot of his feedback is from 1p auctions he's won. About half at least I would say.
I would have believed it was royal mail if it wasn't for all the bullshit he gave me.
