I got my annual upgrade to a K800i in about July time.
The only thing is I fancy a PDA now, is there anyway I can change my phone? I know obviously I'd have to pay a bit....

Probably not, O2 are OK with upgrades but not that early
Might be cheaper just buying one, or ring up & ask about a second line
