could do it by getting a cable with a male mini jack connection at each end...
One end plugged into the output of your sound card (where your headphones/speakers are) and the other plugged into the line in (where you record from)
You'd need to go into your sound options in control panel and tell your computer to record from the line in (blue connection on the sound card as you look at it) rather then the default microphone port.
This is all depending if your soundcard has a line in port on it
