My corsa sri when I started the engine up the other day sounded rather loud, it has oil in it enough basically i left it running for about half an hour but the noise was stil loud. Can anyone help me on this.

bit more info..

Its not been run for 2 months properly as there is work being done to the bodywork, the engine was fine before I stopped using it lol.

Oil needs to get into the lifters ? Or lifter(s) have seized ?

When I rebuilt my engine I left it a couple of months and its tapped since going in New lifter time
