if i fit my dbilas inlet manifold + and a 4 branch wil my corsa 1.6 16v sport will it run ok r do they need re mapped? so ave been told?? is this true + much this cost if i do, any info be apprecieted thanks

dont NEED to be mapped but will be a big improvement if you do.

P.s you are just up the road from me, I can do you a unichip if you like?

im sure my corsa needs re mapped anyways with it being rebore to a 1640cc now + this theses new parts on wot should she be any beta top end etc?? thanks

will run fine without it. will run so much better with a unichip fitted.

thanks for the info m8ty al hav a go of fitting the inlet manifold wot parts wil i need coz ive only eva seen the mantzel fitted is the dbilas same type ov thing? what extras is needed for the change from the standard inlet pipes etc hoses?? will any thing need blocked off?

ave just found out its for a x16xe the inlet manifold? + im sure mines a c16xe engine?? its from a sport my 1.6 16v engine will that make much ov a difference

the dblias is from a gsi x16xe 1.6 16v corsa , my engines a c16xe 1.6 sport ^^^ wil this b ok for fittment i didnt think there was a difference in the two?

The sports came with the X16XE engine, most Gsi's except the late ones came with C16XE engines i'm sure.

wel im sure the engine came from a s-reg corsa1.6 sport so i take it its a x16xe so wil have her dbilas + 4-2-1 scorpian 4 branch manifold on soon wots the next steps (mods) after them after the unichip

it had kent cams in fitted when i got the re-bore, so im hoping the inlet + 4 branch then the chip gives it few more bhp's!

is the 4-2-1 scorpion 4 branch any good has any 1 got are had 1?

i was shocked when i got quoted 300 i thought i was gettin my arm pulled off

been told to shop about tho

Yeh it aint cheap, but its worth it apparently. I heard its like a blank chip they fit, then 'map' it to maximise the mod's you've done to your engine and get the most bhp.

al do my next 2 mods then see about the expensive bits and bobs

hope the 4-2-1 four branch wil do any thing + sum d"@khead! x-owner has welded the cat in were i shud have the flanges? havnt a clue why this has been done so will need a cat now and am not buyin 1 how much is a de-cat pipe about
