Is LMF the cheapest place? £239.00 delivered seems reasonable 
Also, If anyone knows where I can get some of those black wheelnut covers cheap, that would be excellent.

my local friendly tyre dealer does 195/45/16 rainsports for £48 fitted.
bit of a drive for you though. Uniroyal have a race series, its called the uniroyal cup or something. get on their website, contact them and they will point you in the direction of your nearest uniroyal dealer.
