recently got hold of the speedlines from my mates car that ive wanted for ages, look quite a bit different from how the softstars used to look on it but a lot better imo. also put my fk smoked crystal headlights on as was mentioned last time i posted pics of my car, sorted the bonnet out so it sits a little better and fitted coilovers, which seem a lot lower than it used to be, not sure by how much as i left them alone cos they were set up by the previous owner running an xe, anyway heres a few pics, let me know what you think..... if you wanna see pics of it on the old softstars theyre in my garage!!










well pleased with how its coming along so far, more to come yet.....

It is set really low. Did you grease the threads on the coilovers?

have to say, bonnet looks gay

and needs gsi skirts...no rub strips and no side skirts makes it look like a poverty spec one

I did because of the horror stories of coilovers rotting. They're not ideal for road/winter/salt use

Grease helps protect them a little

Not a fan on the bonnet imo

a normal white would suit alot better imo

some steinmetz sideskirts would look

for the rest

I actually really like that.

A GSI bumper and skirts, bonnet raisers, carbon boot. Really like the shade of the wheels.

I disagree

I preferred Stoneys car when it had the Post 97 to the GSi front he put on.

well ull be happy to hear i have a gsi front to go on which will be modified similar to mark lawtons and also a set of steinmetz skirts to go on, really pleased with how its coming along, the carbon bonnet doesnt show that well in photos but i think it really sets the car off, will grease the coils now i know about this cheers mate.
