Bought the car totally standard in, 2003 my first car thought it was the dogs dangley bits even as standard!

Then I decided to start modifying it a little bit, I went the odd way around.......

M3 Mirrors, Light Brows, Lexus Lights (before they were chavvy), GSi Spoiler

Took me ages to save up for a set of alloys, but finally got myself some Millie Miglia Actions:

Also sprayed some interior dash parts, added an aftermarket steering wheel, re-trimmed door cards in alcantara

Then lowered it:

Then I got bored of having to back to black the bumpers all the time so I bought a Post 07 front and smoothed the ridge out back in 2004 bought some GSi Skirts and a GSi rear bumper.

Stayed like that for a while, got bored again so toy'd with the idea of different front bumper, so bought a splitter I hadn't seen before and got it stuck on:

Along with the splitter came, dual exit exhaust, de-locked handles!

Then the wheels started to look a bit dated so swapped the Actions for some T12's, had the splitter smoothed into the bumper, had a bad boy bonnet made:

Car got a CS feature looking like the above, was over the moon!

Had some spare cash laying around one month so I spent it on.......

Tinted windows, then they didn't seem to fit with the car so had to spend more money adding black parts.... such as:

Smoked lights all round, Depo Fronts, Smoked Sides, Irmscher Rears:

Boot had some rust spots coming through so instead of having them just sorted, I had a semi smooth boot with a flushed in GSi spoiler sorted out just in time for Donny 06

Then I had a meeting with a tractor on a sharp bend and had to hit the grass verge, resulting in my front bumper needing a wee change:

To:

To:

Interior was feeling left out at this point so, spotted some black and white leather seats....

In they went:

With a few other touches, re-designed install, new steering wheel, lockwood white dials (on SRi dials) and re do my door panels in un faded alcantara:

Car went to the F&M show in Scotland and got noticed, so I sent some pictures into F&M for a small feature:

Things been on a bit of a go slow for some time now, but got some parts sitting at the body shop ready for its next change...

Here's a sneaky peak:

Smoothed Irmscher Rear (Photoshop):

Rieger Skirts:

Possibly some other touches yet but at the moment they are being kept hush hush....

Cheers folks, Should be coming along over winter, haven't decided if to get bits sprayed now or after the gritters etc have had their winter fun!

Thanks for comments, got few other secret ideas in my head for the new year also

John G - I've given first refusal on the skirts & arches to EarlOfBarnet.

marklawton - I bought this bumper from Tom (7OMM) I also had one stashed away that I sold for a profit on ebay

All parts should be here on Wednesday so then its a trip to the bodyshop to drop them all off to be done after christmas.

Living right next to the sea in this weather is not the best time for fresh paint

Bit more progress for this years shows:

Black Leather A-B-C pillars:

A Pillar was re-fitted to the car before taking a pic, will be removed again when I take the headlining out to do it in, Black Alcantara tomorrow.

Vectra Smoked interior light to go with the black interior:

Astra VXR sunglass holder to go with black interior:

Bought and fitted this hand brake the other day:

Bodywork is going to be sorted at the end of Feb ready for Donny.

So more progress over the coming weeks

All interior bits done now, just got to cut the light hole in the headlining and sort the creases in the top edge when light is fitted.
