I've been on this site most nights looking at all your Corsas B's and trying to decide 'good points and bad points for getting one, there are some stunning Corsa's on here which make me want one, so basically i was wondering for anyone's input and your knowledge
If i got one, this is what id want:
Has to be a GSI/SPORT

Thats ok, well the latest one. The main reason being that these later models dont crack on the door piller or so i heard and just in general, built better. Im not sure either, just things ive heard?

Gsi's were stopped in '95. All corsas crack on the door pillar i have seen x reg ones with this problem, and they are all built the same.

i think most people look at corsas, however they are modified, as a boy racers car these days, just like saxos

That is true steve, but it is still a good car to get that is so easily mod'd to look great, personally i couldn't give to shits wot other people thought of my car, it's not theirs is it? I'm more into subtle mods and performance so no matter wot car it is if i think it's nice i'll say, on the other hand if it's ott then i'll say it looks shit. Wot are the bad points of getting a B?? Apart from wot other people think.

i would tend to disagree as ive never seen a corsa younger than a 97 plate with stress cracks, correct me if im wrong but i understand vauxhall sorted this problem on the later corsas

They can look nice with a little money thrown at them, Late sport with suspension, nice wheels & GSi bumper
Look at stonnys for inspiration!
If I was to have another one, it would look just like that

Thanks everyone for your imput on this, and i totally agree Corsa's just like Saxo's are looked at as Boyracer cars, every person has got their own style, weather its Euro or Jap, i personnaly think Jap bumpers on a Corsa don't suit it, i think Corsa B's should be styled aroung the car, round kits, but like i said, each to thier own i appreciate all modded cars

Good reasons...
Massive culture and parts available.
You can either go mental bodywork, subtle bodywork, or strip it for some track action.
Cheap parts, cheap to maintain really.
Many interchangable parts with other Vauxhalls.
Plenty of clubs to join.
Bad:
Chavvy boyracer image
They are totally cr4p as standard in every way apart form the looks (oh, and the dials ).
My advice...
Work out what you want from a car. Track days, pimpin ICE, or bodywork massive... Work out what you want the car to do, then decide on what car from there.
