Do you have 2 sets of boots for SG and FG for playing or just one set and use them for all conditions?

If you don't want to buy a pair for each condition then just go for moulded studs

I have a pair of molded puma kings and they're great for both firm and soft ground mate I'd would recommend them if you want comfort above anything else.

To be honest for Sunday league you only need the one pair of boots imo as the ground is pretty much always soft at that time in the morning.
When the summer rolls around and you train later in the day then perhaps think about getting a different pair more suited to hard ground.

yeh ur right dave. main reason was that i read about how wearing the wrong boots makes ur legs etc work harder. and extra blisters etc.
i have really bad feet so could do with boots that are better for blisters. read that moulded studs are best for this so think they will be my choice

I tried a pair of Adidas F50s (cost around £70) and they were the most uncomfortable boots I've ever had the misfortune to wear  after the 90 minutes I just couldnt wait to get them off.
The Pumas are a lot softer and much nicer to wear, almost feel like a trainer  Only thing is if someone stands on your foot you know about it

lol, atm i have got some adidas F10's (i think they are might be F30's who knows) but they are too small anyway when i wear football socks plus they arn't nice to wear anyway.
think i might have to go to soccer world tonight and try a few pairs on. see what tickles my fancy

I couldnt see a moulded rubber stud holding up very well to a very soft pitch 
why not just buy a studed boot, something like an air legend or simular, and have a set fo firm ground studs and a set of soft ground studs?

I don't have any problems Greg. I'm fairly quick as well and find myself turning direction quickly and I've never lost my footing.

I have a pair for both SG and FG...couldnt think of anything worse then playing middle of winter with a pair of moulded studs on..
If you want to play at any sort of decent level or want to perform at a decent level you need to look at getting a pair for both grounds...

I have a pair of moulded copa mundials and I wear them in all conditions, never slip or anything, whereas i had a pair of blades and I got so many blisters. IMO pitches are always quite hard. Start of season theyre rock hard, gets into winter and theyre frozen over.
Brother has a pair of F50's and theyre really comfortable and you can change the sole and studs aswell dependant on pitch and conditions. Down to £70 now as new ones are out.

out of those three, get air legends. i much more versitile boot than the coppas. only get coppas as a hard groud boot
blades can depend on your runnig gait and what you are used to. Allot of players will slate blades and say they are shit ect. but it is completly down to the players. They can provide much more traxion in the right conditions. And there are hard ground, firm ground and soft ground versions which most people seem to over look.

I fail to see how you can peform at 100% on a wet soft pitch with moulded copa's on...you simply could not turn quickly...
The only way you could do that was if you was going through the motions and not trying...
