For last few days my car has been nearly cutting out when i bring my foot off the accelerator. It varies where the revs drop to but at times its going right down to like 250... It has cut out a couple of times and the battery lights sometimes gives me a quick flash and i have seen the management light once or twice...
any ideas?

do a paperclip test, the faults should be stalled...
as usual, suspect icv...

update:
never got round to doing the paperclip test...
so yeh as before sometimes my cars revs would drop right down (and on some occasions car engine would cut out) when i removed my foot from the accelerator... although when it did cut out the revs would be fine when i started car back up again...
it has been standing for a day or so now and i just tried to start it up... its nearly getting there but just wont get the engine going...

ok just got it started by just trying the ignition for ages, help me tho  lol

i'd check the sparks and leads mate - had this on my 1.4 8v and it turned out to be the spark leads - have a look when its dark and see if you can see the leads arcing

Had this on my old c and it was a broken wire to the afm or something similar.
