what causes overfueling? coolant temp sensor on the thermostat housing? throttle position switch? running an engine that should have a cat on a wiring loom from an earlier engine?

A faulty coolent temp sensor was causing mine to overfuel. That was on a 1.2 8v though and it was only apparent once the car was warm.
