Mazin. I did it using no tables, no cheating or nothing All divs and all that. Really proud of myself. BUT, I am using a png graphic on the header. It has a transparent background and for some reason it comes up with a grey background on IE. I understand this is a problem with the way IE renders images and there is some kind of ActiveX control to fix up the problem. I have tried using the CSS on Google to do so, but it wont work Using a GIF is not an option because I can't get the image quality required for my logo
Any one out there care to explain to me in a simple way how to fix this please, cos at the mo the site only looks good in Firefox...

IE cant properly render PNG images, suposedly fixed in IE7, but not tested it myself...
besides, IE is a joke as far as conforming to a set web standard is concerned...

ie is good for some sites
firefox for others
case of mix-matching them for what they show best...

You'll wait years for proper support for such things.

ah...no - doesn't allow transparency but I never use the same header twice anyway so would use a background colour to match...
