all depends how you have the files on there , you dont need them at 192kbps bitrate , re-encode them down to like 100kbps andyou could get double that, ok you will loose a bit of sound quality but if your listening to them through headphones you wont notice it.

Depends how good your headphones are.

I wouldn't go lower than 128Kbps tbh, depends whether you're a 'bit snob'. You might like 320Kbps as a rule...if so, you just won't be able to store as many tunes. I reckon 200 decent sounding files would be about right.
