No it was fine until i put Office 2000 on too  Long story but i need to use both for uni

Delete it according to this:
----------------------------------
You can delete the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office|Addins\fldpub.ecf the Outlook will start.
You can safely delete the file because it is not supported in Outlook 2002
and above.
