erm...earlier today i was driving as normal....and my brake pedal dropped nearly to the floor...........now none of my brakes lock when i i fully depress the pedal...

i checked and adjusted the rear brakes - there fine, adjusting them made it a bit better....
all the hoses are fine.
front discs and pads are fine.

i also took the spring off the compensator (due to my 70mm lowness).....

any ideas?..

master cylinder?

If it's failed all of a sudden, it's got to be a leak of some sort. Maybe a split line or knackered master cylinder.

Have you checked the rear lines?
