just bought my first house woooohhhooo am so excited i had to tell someone lol
ive been on a constant high since then going out for a meal with gill to celebrate tonight
after searching for just over 2 months now visiting atleast 3 property a week we found a minter in lochore area yeh ive heard of the reputation the place has even my mum and dads eyes popped oot there head when we said it was in lochore but after they seen the house and area they think its perfect

i got a semidetatched house with 2 double bedrooms a huge garden front back and side when cash is better gonna get a concrete garage witha room on top on the side of the house

I don't know what this move to Scotland rubbish is about.
The houses in the new estate across from my few year old one start at 350k.
Thats not cheap and its definitely not the best of areas or as high as prices go.

Flats in Glasgow city center go for that and well above easily.
Flats 2 mins walk away from here go for that as well and as I said, not the best area you could pick.
That doesn't seem to be far off English prices.

What made you want to move there Brian? Glad your happy though....
I sold my 2 bed terraced in Glenrothes, good area for 77k, bought it for 33k 10 years ago...
But there is houses here that are well highly priced aswell, mostly in newish private estates.....

i dont know why edinburgh is expesive thats the last place i would want to stay
