Is that everything i need? I already have a 80Gb hardrive
With the new one , will i have to just connect it all then it will work? Or is there more to it?

If you have SATA ports on your motherboard, then you are good to go with the kit below (otherwise you need an IDE drive)  If your PSU has sata power cables then you can get rid of the molex to sata converter as well.
Only thing i would change would be the maxtor drive, mainly due to the bad luck friends and i have had (me and my room mate have lost 6 maxtor drives in the last month  ), opt for seagates if you budget allows.
As for installing, unplug PC (from mains), open case, screw hard drive in, plug it all in, then reboot. Bios will detect it automaticall and windows will do its thing on the drive to get it working.
Sometimes you might have to use Disk Management under Computer Management (under admin tools) to import the drive and to format it.

yea both good drives. Never had a Hitachi so can't comment, but have had loads of seagates running in various setups (raided and non-raid) and they've never let me down yet, touch wood
have a look at microdirect.com, good service and pretty cheap too. Overclockers.co.uk are also good, a bit more expensive but have a look around the sale and clearence items - can pick up some cheap stuff.

no point in getting a raptor unless its all out speed you want although western digital are a good brand
i would recommend either western digital or seagate, stay the fuck away from hitachi

would prefer it if its internal would look alot nice i would think that it plugged into my usb and then i have to find somewhere to put it and im limited for space

stop confussing the poor guy 
Just get the 250 seagate, the molex to sata power connector and sata cable and you will be ready to go
like i said, just make sure you have a sata connector on your motherboard
