Does anyone know it this is the splitter with the carbon bit in the middle. Also would it fit a gsi bumper?

No it's a different one. You can't see the carbon bit in the photo can you.

It won't fit the GSi bumper. It can be made to fit, but it might not look any good.

didnt know there was a carbon one, I had a steinmetz splitter on my old corsa, looked great and fitted great too!

steinmetz only did 3 splitters
pre 97
gsi
post 97

pre 97 is alot deeper and fetch mega money second hand

pre 97 on post 97 bumper
