basically, to stop you getting fake second chance offers, only the seller can see the names of the bidders, to everyone else, they are bidder_1, bidder_2 etc...

yes it can be bought from hairy lee at the back of the crusty cum pie shop...
you need to modify the corsa to fit the bumper though, not the other way around!
