If i was to give my Corsa the old skool look, what way would I need to modify it, what would the essentials be for that old skool look ?!
Obviously unpainted black bumpers would be very old skool as many modern cars nowadays have painted bumpers!!
Any advice or tips much appreciated, dont want no mouthing or silly posts please!

personally i dont think old skool would pull off well with a corsa, its too cuvy
you need something with sharp lines, like a nova, to pull it off well...

if you want to make it look old then let it rust and scratch the paint work a bit!!
only joking na sorry im not quite sure what you mean! but if you deck it on sport wheels and keep the plastic bits then it will look ...... well..... unmodified but nice

Nah, not daft, I just wanted to make sure before suggesting roofracks and whitewall tyres
You'll want pre-97 bumpers, black, some 14" wheels from an astra gte or something, nice and low, single round exhaust, that's about it

Well i know the Old Skool look might be a big harder to pull off on a Corsa, but what mods would it involve to pull it off on the likes of Nova ??

with a nova, you want mk1 bumpers, mk1 front, some astra gte wheels (again lol), no side reps, no door locks, nothing much else

Mmmm this sounds tasty ... its just i've taken a liking to the old skool look, its probably more suited to a VW, but i wanted to do it on Corsa or a Nova!!
Robin, i have everything you said about old skool on a Corsa, all i need to source is a set of some Astra GTE Wheels!!

This is sort of the look you need (and an excuse to post some pics)
Corsa (not really old skool, but about all you can do lol, except for wheels and lowering)
Nova (basically just mk1 bits, wheels weren't old skool, but some old vauxhall ones would be)
It's hard to do the old skool thing with a corsa, but not so bad with a nova.

Corsas by their very nature are incapable of looking 'old school' because they aren't in fact 'old school'.
Buy a MK I Capri or Escort. They both are.

Has that passed through the Old and out of fashion category and into the Retro/Old Skool Category?....
Corsa b's aren't old skool, they were are relatively new and in some parts still sold today,If your goin for an old Skool look buy a nova they suit it more.

euro could be pulled off easier on a corsa, keep it simple. euro wheels are sort of retro/old school like some ronal turbo's or the like and a simple paintjob, slam it, job done, thats about as old school as you will get with a corsa imo
