Joiners and plasterer been here last 2 days..
New wood living room and hall, new doors, new floor in living room and hall, old heating cupboard boarded etc...Holes and spaces where vents were filled..

New floor in hall and woodwork
Cupboard built from sctratch and finished off to house electrics
Some plastering work where cables were channled lines for outside lights
Living room floor and woodwork
cupboard door and new kitchen door/woodwork
floor again
Inside of the new cupboard all boarded.
some of the plasterers handing work, running your finger over it feels like glass
Floor...V GROOVE TEXTURED
Going from living room right through hall etc
Plaster coming back on Thursday to skim one whole wall in hall and plaster the insde of that cupboard..
Then after xmas will be getting on with the decorating etc...
Very very happy with it so far..

TV is staying in that stand amte, don't want it above fire as I want it in line with my head when I watch TV not having to look upto it.....Once decorated all cbles etc will be tidied...
Yeah fresh plaster is smoooooooooooth

looking good pal. you cant beat getting your walls skimmed either! if i had the cash i'd get a plasterer in to do my whole house. its a shame plastering is so difficult.

Thats how they are willay, door on left used to house the old heating, made it onto a cupbaord now...See the old pic above, used to be a 3/4 door now a walk in cupboard.
Plasterer finished today. MMMmmm fresh plaster

How many walls did u get done in total? we only needed some of ours done, the rest just got sanded down an painted over.

I full wall in hall and the inside of cupboard then the rest was patching and smoothing.

John missus wanted it left as a proper cupboard as we have a huge cupboard in the hall and that is getting made into downstairs bathroom next year so wanted this one kept...
Dave Plasterer was much cheapness, £40 per day and I bought the plaster...Guy is on the dole and does odd jobs.. Is a proper plasterer though...
