you more than likely have 2 files.
A .bin file and a .cue file.
Use Nero (or similar program) to burn the .cue file onto a CD.
See here for more info

a .bin file is a compressed archive normally use in making cd's/dvd's
the best program to use is nero to burn it to cd/dvd
once its burnt it may play/rum on your pc it all depends what the.bin file is in the first place ??

Taken from that website, just in case you don't want to read through it all... If you don't have a .CUE file you can make one, just copy and paste this text into Notepad and save it.
FILE "XXX.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 0000
XXX would be the name of your bin file
hope this helps.

open up nero, the wizard should start.
Choose Data CD and then drag the .cue file over into the window on the left.
One of the buttons along the top will have flames coming from it. Use this to start burning the CD.

The .cue points Nero (or whatever burner) in the direction of the .bin (where all the info is), once done the data appears on the disc and everyone's happy.
