Author removing all parts to fit to depo headlights

I've managed to swap everthing over to my depos from my old lights except the box a the bottom it has the cap, i twisted it so its unlocked from its position but doesnt pull out. help needed urgently. or is it not important to remove it?

not trying to pull the manual head light adjuster off are you?

you have to untwist it and then pull really hard, can be a basterd to pull off sometimes

it sounds light ur tryin 2 take the adjuster out ur headlight by the sounds of things.
at the back of the headlight u will have the adjust which u have unlocked out of its place wat u want 2 do now it screw the light white bit on the adjuster it maybe also be black its circuler screw it so that the adjuster is movein out from the headlight then when its fully out basically put ur had on the adjuster and push is down a bit and twist it towards u

u dont just pull it out the ajusters have like a ball on the end of the that are slide into a grove u need 2 slide it out the grove if u dont want 2 break the adjuster

you have to pull REALLY hard.

you won't break it.

Done my head lights last night. Put the light between your legs and pull man! (or get someone else to hold it while you pull)
